Welcome to RhPf Electronics terms and conditions! Before making a purchase, please review the following. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Backorder Policy

1.1. Definition of Backorder: A backorder occurs when a product is not currently in stock but is available for purchase, with the item being shipped once it becomes available.

1.2. Estimated Fulfillment Time: While we strive to fulfill backorders promptly, the time frame for shipping backordered items can vary. Typically, backordered products are shipped within 48 hours. However, in certain circumstances, it may take up to 20 days to process and ship these items.

1.3. Communication: If your order includes a backordered item, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to this timeline.

1.4. Cancellation: You have the option to cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships. To do so, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

1.5. Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will typically ship the in-stock items immediately and the backordered items once they become available. If you prefer to receive all items in a single shipment, please inform us when placing your order.

By placing an order that includes backordered items, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Backorder Policy.

2. Certificate of Authenticity

2.1. Each product from RhPf Electronics includes an electronic Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), which serves as proof of its genuineness.

2.2. Customers must provide the CoA when requesting a return, repair, or warranty service. Without it, these services cannot be processed.

3. Return Policy

3.1. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

3.2. To complete a return, they must submit the electronic CoA. Returns without the certificate will not be accepted.

3.3. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

3.4. After the 14-day period, refunds are no longer available. However, customers may still request repairs or replacements under the repair policy.

4. Lifetime Warranty, Repair and Replacement Policy

4.1. All of our products come with a lifetime warranty. If a product becomes faulty after the 14-day return window, customers may send it in for a repair or replacement.

4.2. To initiate a repair or replacement, they must provide the CoA along with the product.

4.3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

4.4. The repair policy covers only internal electronic components. It does not include external wear, cosmetic damage, or knob replacements.

4.5. If a product fails due to misuse, modifications, or extreme conditions, it will not qualify for a repair or replacement.

5. Proper Use

5.1. RhPf Electronics designs its products for standard musical applications.

5.2. Damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or operation outside the intended environment (e.g., exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or power supply issues) will void eligibility for repair and return.

6. Customer Support and Flexibility

6.1. If a situation does not meet the return, repair, or replacement criteria, customers can still reach out to us. RhPf Electronics values customer satisfaction and will explore possible solutions.
