1. 1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1. Initiate returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
1.2. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
1.3. After the 14-day period, we will no longer provide refunds. However, we may offer repairs or replacements (see Repair or Replacement Policy).
2. Repair or Replacement Policy
2.1. If your product no longer functions after the 14-day return period, you may send it back to us for repairs or replacement.
2.2. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways for repair or replacement services.
2.3. Our repair or replacement services cover only the internal electronic components of the product. External and cosmetic damages (e.g., scratches, knob replacements, enclosure wear) are not included under this policy.
2.4. Ensure that products sent for repair or replacement have been used properly as intended. We will not offer repairs or replacements for products damaged due to misuse, modification, or exposure to extreme conditions.
3. Manufacturing Process and Shipping Times
3.1. We carefully handcraft all of our pedals to ensure the highest quality. While we occasionally have stock available for immediate shipment, we fulfill most orders on a “backorder” basis.
3.2. For backordered pedals, we build each one especially for you. Crafting and testing these pedals usually takes between 10 to 15 days before they are ready to ship.
3.3. If we have the ordered pedal in stock, we will ship it within 24 hours of receiving your order. The delivery time will then depend on the selected shipping option and its associated timeline.
3.4. Once we dispatch your order, we will notify you of the shipping status and provide tracking information, if available.
4. Proper Use
4.1. We design our products for standard use in musical applications.
4.2. Damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or operation outside the intended environment (e.g., exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or power supply issues) will void eligibility for repair and return.
