Raw, Authentic, Passionate – Meet Crawling Crows
From the shadow of an old cement factory near Biel/Bienne comes a duo that doesn’t just play rock—they sweat it. Crawling Crows is made up of Dominic Montani (guitar, vocals) and Daniel Germiquet (drums), two lifelong friends who’ve been forging their sound since 2019 in a haze of distortion, rhythm, and raw emotion.
Their music isn’t about trends or polish—it’s about truth. You’ll find no glitter here, just pounding drums, gritty riffs, and vocals that cut through the noise with a mix of urgency and soul. Sometimes brash, sometimes introspective, their sound is full of contrast and color, a reflection of two decades of shared passion. Their mission is simple: rock that moves you, grabs you, and refuses to let go.
Whether they’re shaking the walls of a former paper mill in their latest video, or setting the stage ablaze live, Crawling Crows don’t aim for perfection. They aim for impact.
Don’t Call Me Again – Vintage Energy, Modern Fire
Some songs whisper their way in. Don’t Call Me Again grabs you by the collar.
It starts with a megaphone-like voice—distant, raw, almost like a lost transmission. Then suddenly, a tight guitar rhythm and dry snare crack lock you into a groove that feels like a time capsule. From the late ’90s to early 2000s, this track carries that unmistakable energy: emotional, slightly unhinged, and totally infectious.
What makes it special?
- That Intro – A voice filters through distortion like a warning or a last chance. It’s arresting, perfectly imperfect, and sets the tone for everything that follows.
- Groove That Hooks – The drums and guitar hit together with just the right swing. Not polished, but alive—it makes you nod your head before you realize it.
- Seductive Verses – There’s a sway to the verse, something sensual and effortless. The voice is smoky, low, and intimate—pulling you in like a secret.
- Explosive Chorus – When the chorus hits, it hits like an emotional shout. It’s loud, anthemic, and built to make a room jump. You can feel the release—it’s real.
- A Sound You Remember – The dirt on the guitar, the vocal phrasing, the looseness of the groove—it all evokes a certain feeling. If you ever stomped your feet on sticky venue floors in the early 2000s, this is for you.
There’s a heat to this track that lingers. You don’t just hear it—you want to move with it.

Rising Tones Sessions: Crawling Crows – Final Words
At RhPf Electronics, we love artists who cut through the noise—not with glitz, but with grit. Crawling Crows deliver rock that’s heartfelt, heavy, and totally unfiltered.
Don’t Call Me Again is more than a song—it’s a groove-drenched shout, a throwback that feels urgently modern. With hopefully soon a Capharnaüm in their setup, we hope it brings even more grit and grind to their already thunderous groove. We’re thrilled to see what they do next, and we’re proud to have them in the Rising Tones Sessions.
