On March 24, 2025, something pretty cool happened. RhPf Electronics was officially listed on DiscoFreq’s Effects Database. One of the most respected and comprehensive archives of guitar pedals on the planet.

RhPf Electronics on Effects Database

Joining over 25,000 effects from 4,000+ brands, our little corner of tone—Mo(s)ghoul, Mosferatwo, and Tri-Hormonic Phalanx—is now rubbing shoulders with legends.

It’s a small step in the grand scheme of things, but a huge moment for us. These pedals were born from late nights, piles of breadboards, tone-chasing experiments, and an unreasonable obsession with MOSFETs. Seeing them listed alongside brands like Ibanez and Catalinbread? Feels good. Really good.

Big thanks to everyone who has supported us, tested prototypes, offered feedback, and just kept the spark alive. This one’s for you.

Now back to the bench—we’ve got more circuits to unleash.

Stay loud!

About Effects Database

Effects Database was started in 2007 by Bart “DiscoFreq” van der Zeeuw. Since then, it has grown into one of the most complete and beloved online archives of guitar and bass effects. What began as a personal project driven by pedal passion has become a go-to resource for musicians, builders, and collectors.

Today, it lists over 25,000 pedals from more than 4,000 brands. From boutique one-offs to iconic classics, it tracks an incredible range of gear. In many cases, it preserves the only record of rare or discontinued models. As a result, it plays a key role in the history of pedal culture.

Moreover, it’s not just a database—it’s a window into decades of sonic experimentation. Whether you’re hunting for a vintage fuzz, discovering a new release, or simply exploring, this site is the perfect place to start.

Seeing RhPf Electronics on Effects Database is a proud milestone for us. It means joining a global community of builders who care deeply about tone. It also means being part of a shared story—one that’s still growing, one pedal at a time.
