A shared story that now travels the world.
Some collaborations come together quietly, but they leave a strong mark. Kahfa are from Jura, and their music has a weight and intensity that fits perfectly with what we build. Their world and ours connected around one idea: when something feels real, it deserves to move.
How it started
When we began working on Capharnaüm, Kahfa’s name naturally came into the conversation. Their sound, their identity, and their way of carrying their art made sense to us. It was clear that this was more than just a band and a pedal. It was a shared language.
Why it clicked
- We both care about honest, heavy sound.
- We value roots and stories over trends.
- We want what we make to travel further than we can.
The day Theo came by
Not long after the collab started, Theo came to the workshop. He didn’t come empty-handed. He brought a box filled with T-shirts, CDs, vinyl records, and stickers. “For your boxes,” he said with a smile.
From that moment on, every RhPf pedal we ship carries a piece of Kahfa. When we told him that their merch was already on its way to places like Indonesia, Australia, and the US, he was stoked. Seeing his reaction, that mix of pride and disbelief, was one of those rare moments that say everything without needing more words. Legacy at its finest.
The sound connection
Kahfa’s identity shaped the way we approached Capharnaüm. This wasn’t about designing something generic. It was about capturing weight, grit, and clarity in a way that reflects who they are. That connection is now built into the pedal itself.
A legacy in every box
This collaboration isn’t about numbers or campaigns. It’s about a band from Jura, a workshop in Basel, and a shared belief that music should move, physically and emotionally.
Theo’s merch now travels the world alongside our pedals. A shirt in Australia. A record in Indonesia. A sticker in the US. A story that keeps growing, box after box.
Where to find them
Listen to Kahfa. Hold their records. Feel the weight of what they create. And if you order one of our pedals, look inside the box, chances are, Kahfa is already on the journey with you.
