Sometimes a small gesture carries more weight than we expect.
Between Christmas and New Year, we wanted to pause, look around, and do something simple and positive.
So we’re running a short charity raffle from 29 Dec 2025 up until 04 Jan 2026.
Every contribution supports ThanksGiver food bank in Basel. Each dollar contributed earns store credit of the same value for our shop, and one participant will receive a Mosferatwo overdrive pedal, hand-built here in Switzerland.
How it works
It’s intentionally straightforward.
You contribute what you want, starting at $1.
Each dollar counts as one entry in a random draw for a Mosferatwo.
At the same time, every dollar you contribute earns you a voucher of the same value for rhpfelectronics.com.
That means your contribution is never lost.
You’re supporting a local food bank, taking part in the raffle, and receiving store credit you can use later.
No tricks, no bundles, no pressure. Just a small contribution, multiplied by many people, turning into something meaningful.
At the end of the raffle, we’ll randomly draw one entry and ship a Mosferatwo to the winner. We’ll also share confirmation of the donation made to ThanksGiver.
Why Mosferatwo
Mosferatwo is one of the pedals that defines what we do at RhPf Electronics.
It’s an original Swiss-made MOSFET overdrive, designed to live between touch-sensitive breakup and rich, textured drive. One knob controls two gain stages. Focus shapes both feel and frequency. Heart and Bite add tuned warmth and cut when needed.
In other words, it’s expressive, dynamic, and built to respond to how you play, not fight it.
For this raffle, we chose Mosferatwo because it’s the pedal most players connect with instantly. It doesn’t demand a genre. It just asks you to play.
Why ThanksGiver
ThanksGiver Schweiz runs food banks in the Basel area and supports over 900 people every week. They rescue surplus food that would otherwise be wasted and redistribute it to individuals and families who need it most.
Beyond food distribution, they also support integration through language courses and community initiatives. It’s practical help, delivered locally, with real impact.
At RhPf, we’ve supported ThanksGiver for years. Even when health made hands-on volunteering harder, our commitment to their work never changed. This raffle is simply another way to contribute, together.
Why a raffle
Because it lowers the barrier.
Not everyone can buy a pedal right now. Not everyone needs one. But almost everyone can spare a dollar, support something local, and still get that dollar back as store credit.
This is about participation, not consumption.
The pedal is a thank-you. The impact is the point.

Enter the raffle
Raffle closed. Together, you raised 490 USD, which honestly still blows our minds. That amount covers about half a month of rent for the space ThanksGiver uses to prepare and distribute food, and when you break it down, it means roughly 450 people fed. This only happened because a lot of you decided that a small gesture was worth making, and that’s something we’re genuinely grateful for. After conversion, we rounded it up and donated 400 CHF to ThanksGiver today, who asked us to pass along their thanks to all of you for making a real difference. We’ll announce the winner live on Instagram on 05 January 2026 at 18:00 CET, and we’d love to see you there.
