You may have seen this news on August 26th. Over the last month we worked our socks off to find a safe and fair way to get RhPf pedals to the United States again. We talked to carriers, asked for quotes, and tested every option we could. We now have a workable path with Swiss Post using PDDP. In plain words: we prepay the import costs on our side so you are not surprised at the door.

What PDDP means for you

• We can ship to the USA again.
• No fees on delivery. We prepay the US import duty and the clearance partner charges.

Fees prepaid

• From now and we will ship to the USA with all import fees prepaid.
• You pay the pedal price at checkout.
• You pay nothing at delivery.

Can I order now?

Do I pay anything on delivery in the US?
No. Import fees are on us.

I am in the US and see “No shipping options available.” Why?
It means today’s two-order US quota has been reached. Please try again tomorrow or join the waitlist and we will ping you.

When will my pedal ship?
On the coming Wednesday after placing your order.

Will prices increase?
No. Although cost increased for us, we aim to maintain the prices as they are for now.

What currency do I pay?
You pay in your local currency on our site, for example USD in the US. No extra bank FX fee on your side.

How is Thomas doing?
Much better. He is home and back at his day job. We still have a few check-ins at the hospital to keep hormone levels on track. As of September 21, 2025, the numbers look much better and the doctors are confident. We posted an update as he is back to building pedals.
