Doomed Nation; International Underground, Stoner & Doom Authority

Doomed Nation, a staple in the global stoner/doom/sludge/psych community, covered the launch of Capharnaüm as more than just a gear release. They spotlighted the pedal’s direct inspiration from KAHFA’s track, a wall-of-sound opener from the Swiss duo’s 2025 album, Contact. Doomed Nation recognized that this wasn’t a typical brand–artist collaboration; it was a rare musical feedback loop. Their coverage captured how the band’s controlled chaos and raw intensity found its counterpart in a pedal designed to sound thick, nasty, and unapologetically heavy, but always musical.

RFJ; Local Roots, Cultural Resonance

Radio Fréquence Jura (RFJ), the go-to radio and news source for the Jura region, brought the story home with a French-language interview and feature. RFJ highlighted the emotional connection: a Jura band’s song inspiring a Swiss builder to craft a fuzz pedal that literally carries the song’s name. For RFJ’s audience, this was a point of local pride, a creative exchange that put both KAHFA and RhPf Electronics on the regional culture map. Théo from KAHFA described the surreal feeling of seeing their song become a piece of gear, calling it “a rare and precious bond between two creations.”
